Default Another stash reduction

I am cleaning up my sewing room in light of my upcoming surgery. I don't
want a mess when I'm trying to recover.

Yes, I know this stuff should really be posted on the marketplace, but
that's mostly other kinds of craft stuff, and I don't see a lot of ya'll
there. So.....

I have the following for sale. Prices include postage.

a box of 50 fat quarters. Assorted colors, asssorted designs, assorted
qualities. Would be a great stash builder. Asking $40.

A collection of 8 coordinating flannel fat quarters. There are 5 florals
and 3 that have a scallop type design. The main coordinating colors are
purple, blue, and green with a little bit of yellow. I am not really a
florals type person. Asking $10 for the set.

a set of 6 madras plaids. Each piece is at least a yard in length, a few
are over 2 yards. Asking $10.

If anyone wants a box of Green scraps of assorted sizes, I'll give you
the box in exchange for re-imbursing me the postage.

This is just the beginning, I'm sure I'll find more in the next day or 2.

E-mail me PRIVATELY if you are interested.

Babs,
The rules need to apply to everyone, just to be fair. We have so much fun
jumping on the spammers and those people who innocently post ads here and if
we allow you to post an ad then we must stop nagging the others who do too.
Now, you wouldnt want to spoil our fun, would you?
:-)

Babs, if you were to post here that you were listing a bunch of stuff on the
marketplace ng, you'd get RCTQers over there in a flash, looking at what you
had to offer. Simple, direct, and avoids getting jumped on by those who jump
on ad posters. ;-P

Is it considered ok to post on this group that you are listing stuff FS
on the marketplace one? Seems ok to me but those 'jumpers' are waiting
to get the ad posters. I sure hope Babs isn't trying to sell any quilt
tops she made from patterns she got out of books!

Well, I don't seem to be doing anything right these days. First I posted
about a squishie I had received, then Saturday I accidentally washed
some of DH's shirts and jeans with a pen he had left in his pocket. He
never has pens in his pocket. AARRGGHH! We'll see later today if the
cleaners were able to get all the ink stains out.

Then I posted about trying to sell some stuff and make some money.
Another poster here has posted about fabric and money transactions. I
honestly didn't think it was a problem because I don't remember her
getting any flack.

I'm sorry. TRUST ME, after all the responses I've gotten, I won't do
either of those again.

I'll be glad when this surgery is over with and I can get my life back
to normal.

I just keep telling myself "Don't sweat the small stuff".

Babs,

Don't get your feathers ruffled. Life happens, brains fart, we just
keep on quilting/sewing/crafting.

Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers,

Larisa

I guess my answer was too brief. I only meant I saw no problem with your
post. You can sell anything you want to here as far as I'm concerned. Just
please do not offer to increase the size of any of my personal parts - or
help me to lose 100 pounds. I would be all gone. Polly

Well gee, if you took up an offer to increase the size of your
personal parts then maybe you could gain enough weight to lose the 100
pounds from the other offer?

I do not think anyone here ment to be harsh, specially W. Hope you feel
better soon, and don't worry about it.

Babs, I can probably use the green scraps for my MQ unless they are all
from the same fabric?
