Default [AD] NEW AT TRASH CITY! Astorite, Czech Glass, Fancy Sterling Beads + more!

Welcome to April, folks! Spring has arrived - or here in Arizona, driven past
on the Interstate without bothering to stop for more than a cup of coffee and a
Krispy Kreme. :-) We're already looking forward to November and cooler weather,
but at least it'll soon be baseball season. Go, D'backs!

Anyway. Onto what's new and exciting at Trash City this month:

*** FANCY STERLING BEADS ***
After all, boring old rounds are just SOOOOO last month. :-) Now, we've got
stars, ribbon cylinders, woven boxes, and some really cool tornado twist tubes,
which are like a twist tube that's been to the gym and worked out a lot until
you can see their six-pack. Very buff, very cool.

*** CZECH GLASS ***
Just arrived this week are 10mm Pyramids in mixed color strands. At only $4 for
an eight-inch strand (about 25 beads), these are a real steal. We're also very
impressed with 16mm Bubblegum Beads, which are streaked with a whole range of
colors and look like a gobstopper.

*** EASTER'S COMING... ***
And with Passion of the Christ now in the top ten grossing films of all-time,
you know what's going to be popular. We've got a whole range of crucifixes,
rosary components, and charms both religious and otherwise (Easter bunnies and
baskets!). And to show we aren't biased, we've also expanded our selection of
Jewish charms. :-)

*** FOOTCHAIN ***
Why DO they call it footchain? Couldn't you put it round your neck? Or your
wrist? Or is it called that because we sell it by the foot? Anyway: you want
it, we've got it. Lots of it. In a whole range of different styles, formats and
both gold-filled and sterling silver - great for your feet. Or anywhere else!

*** ASTORITE ***
Now this is cool. It comes from one mine in Colorado, which was sealed for 90
years after its owner (Lord Astor) went down on the Titanic. It's now been
reopened, but is basically a one guy and his mule operation. It's kinda a
combination of rhodonite, rhodochrosite and other stuff, but looks unlike
anything else we've seen. Except perhaps a mineral version of Spam?

*** TOP-DRILLED FACETED TEARDROPS ***
Big! Up to 30x40mm! Quartz Glass, hickorite, labradorite and red coral. Oh,
while were talking about glass, pearlized glass is now available in, among many
other shades, "Mocha", "Jonquil" and "Cinnamon" - yes, they're not just
Starbuck's flavors any more. Hey, we don't make these names up, we just sell
them. :-)

And if anyone wants to take us out to the ballgame, we'll bring the peanuts and
Crackerjack...

I have no affiliation with these guys, but I've
always gotten great stuff and fabulous service
from Trash City. [In fact, I've just gotten some
of their "chip sticks" which are awesome!]

So if you've never tried them before, go for it.

:-) A happy customer, Susan in VA

Same here. They had the fiber-optic cat beads I was hunting a few weeks ago,
which I was unable to find anywhere else!
