I have added a trap for spammers......niet.....

As I agreed via private mail Noreen, yes you should have it as proof..and
like I said, if the clerk is charging you for airmail but sending it
standard, then that is stealing, and the proof is on the envelope, as you
can clearly see the backs of all the stamps where he has pulled off the
fronts...

He will no doubt say you changed your mind, but it won't work, as the
original stamps would have been payed for...He will probably get off with a
warning, and that is fine also, just think like this Noreen, Who else has
he done this to? Some old aged person who has also been charged wrongly??
Totally out of order!
