Hi Gang!
I'm almost finished a baby sweater (need to buy and sew on buttons) and a cap for my DIL who is due next month. I used a very bright variegated acrylic yarn in blue/red/orange, with a touch of green here and there. They've been told it's a boy, and she was excited about the bright colours. The sweater set turned out great Shelagh! I love how the yarn
striped up too. Bright colours are good for kids, they actually stimulate the brain, good idea to use those vibrant colours! Marie and the cats On Apr 6, 2:25 pm, "Shillelagh" wrote: Hi Gang! A new picture THANK YOU!
To everyone who posted comments - Thank you so much! I wasn't sure at first about using this yarn for a baby's outfit, even for a boy - but I guess I'm a little behind the times. Of course, when my kids were tiny, all you got was white or pastels. However, everyone I have showed this picture has liked the colours. Doin' a happy dance. I just hope the mother-to-be feels the same when she sees it. ;) Shelagh "Shillelagh" wrote in message ... Hi Gang!
