Just finished the Einstein Coat -- okay, EXCEPT for the buttons, because I
know it will take me days to pick them out! I can dawdle over those almost
as long as I can dawdle over choosing yarn!

I'm happy with it -- my finishing could be better (that goes for anything I
do), but there were only two seams to sew up (the sleeve/shoulder on each
side), so that wasn't too bad. I used Cascade EcoWool, and it is WARM!
Surprisingly so, because it's not that heavy weight-wise. Also, so far,
not a lot of stretching. It was a fun one to do, and a good one to work on
as far as working on keeping my tension even and not too tight, since it was
all garter stitch and lots of it.

Well done Karen, that must feel super dooper (spelling) good.....

Karen,

Congratulations on finishing the coat, and here it's just past the middle of
Jan. You certainly are a speedy knitter. Now will we see a picture?

Hugs,

Nora

Congratulations! I am over half way through the back and am thinking
I will need less yarn than is called for, but I have more than enough,
just in case.

Karen,
How does it feel - to have knitted something for YOU and ONLY YOU??
Totally selfish - I hope!

Congratulations on being the first to finish!
