Another Use for XS charts
Carol Duvall had a creative use for simple charts: wall painting! Using a 1/2"
square of sponge glued to a piece of 1/2" wooden stake, dab paint onto the wall, counting dabs instead of stitches. -- Finished 12/8/04 -- Army bear ornament WIP: Fireman's Prayer (#2), Amid Amish Life, Angel of Autumn, Calif Sampler, Holiday Snowglobe Paralegal - Writer - Editor - Researcher http://hometown.aol.com/kmc528/KMC.html |

Puts Teresa Wentzler's patterns in a whole new perspective, doesn't it. *wicked grin* Elizabeth -- *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~living well is the best revenge~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* The most important thing one woman can do for another is to illuminate and expand her sense of actual possibilities. --Adrienne Rich *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* |

Ohmigawd! what an evil evil thought! But how would you embellish it? Metallic paints? Cheryl Ah, but there are tons of permanent inks, metallic, pearl, etc., for stamping and crafting! I envision using a nylon or metal screen for a "grid" (something like window screen), a small sponge to "stamp" with - voila! a TW mural of sorts on the wall. Probably much faster than xs, too! Now I'm thinking there's probably a small square stamp available -- oh no, two hobbies mixing together!! AAARRRGGGHHHH! Barbar HJ |

Personally, I picked up the calculator and tried to figure out whether I could fit an MLI angel on my guest room wall. And I think one of the older/smaller ones would fit. Now just gotta shanghai Seanette into helping! -- Finished 12/8/04 -- Army bear ornament WIP: Fireman's Prayer (#2), Amid Amish Life, Angel of Autumn, Calif Sampler, Holiday Snowglobe Paralegal - Writer - Editor - Researcher http://hometown.aol.com/kmc528/KMC.html |
