Default HELP-Birthing question fast!

Ok, I almost have the first one finished, but since I have never done
this "birthing" thing before, I'm not sure what to do. I have sewn
around the edge, left an opening, pull back through but how do I close
up that hole I left to turn it right side out again and make the
closure look neat? This is thick, fluffy fleece (my daughter donated
her pooh/tigger quilt she was making, it already had fusible batting on
one side and I used a piece of pooh/tigger cotton to back it) so how do
I turn the edge of the fleece under to close this hole? You can't
exactly turn it, iron it and expect it to stay neat?

HELP, WHAT DO I DO?

Since these don't have to be lovely and speed is important, I'm just
gonna tuck the raw edges inside and machine stitch the opening closed
from on top. (Arthtirtis dictates very little hand sewing for me.)
Another quick method is to turn the raw edges in and cut a narrow strip
of heavy dute Wonder Under and press it inside the seam. It "glues"
the fabric together for the closure!

sewing starts!) & The Furbabies in MO.
