Default Partly OT - Lint remover

Hi!

Maybe I=C2=B4m discovering the warm water here for the most of you, but I=
=20
have to share my latest buy.
I bought a little lint remover, a little device which removes the lint=20
and "pills" from sweaters and such.
I always wash my sweaters very carefully, but I my new lamb wool jacket=20
looked very miserable after wearing it under a coat lined with fleece=20
:-( I learnt the hard way that friction between acrilic fleece and pure=20
wool is a no-no :-(
Anyway, after using the lint remover the jacket looks like new (and it=20
is new!).
I think that the lint remover could be a nice little Christmas present=20
and I=C2=B4m going to buy one for my mom!

Hugs,

Anna Maria

Anna Maria, This sounds very good to me.
BUT I have had lint removers and none of them worked at all!
How do they look like???
If it's one of those, and they works, I'll buy it at once!

? ?Well may be this was a bit too much P.R.??? :-(

Hi Aud!

It=C2=B4s EXACTLY the one I have bought! I payed 85 SEK for it, if I reme=
mber=20
correct, so it=C2=B4s not hugely expensive.
I didn=C2=B4t buy it at Clas Ohlson (we have that in Sweden as well and I=
=20
like it very much), but it doesn=C2=B4t matter.
As for P.R., well, we don=C2=B4t get payed, as we don=C2=B4t get payed by=
any yarn=20
brand we talk about here, as far as I know :-)))

The device works well for the pills, for hairs is maybe better a more=20
traditional way.
It=C2=B4s amazing the quantity of pills it removes. The little lint conta=
iner=20
will be full very quickly.

Hope it will work for you as well!

Hugs,

Anna Maria

Anna Maria,

I just bought one of these this weekend too. I read a suggestion to use it
to defuzz felted objects. I have one which came out downright furry so I'm
planning on attacking it w/ the little machine tonight. Glad to hear that
it worked out so well for you!
