Default Raku Propane Burner Instructions

Does anyone know of instructions for building a burner assembly for a Raku
kiln?

Marni,

I've been creating so many galleries for so many purposes lately - as
luck would have it, I have a set of plans in my Yahoo! gallery:

http://snipurl.com/gy1e

These are plans for a garbage can raku kiln and burner submitted to our
Naked Raku board for others to copy and use.

It was easier to put them here than try to upload them for the group
files.

Let me know if you have any trouble accessing it - the cyber-gremlins
have been giving me some anxious moments of late......

Hope this helps.

In this book there is an illustrated guide to creating a kiln, and a
forced air burner.

I use a heavy duty plumber's burner from the local hardware/plumbing
supplies store, cheap and cheerful if a bit noisy.

Below are 2 free kiln building leaflets you might find useful.

Thank you all very much for the help and information. I think I will check
out the price of buying a burner and compare the cost to making the Alfred
burner.
