The rewards of a 90 pound weight loss:

crossing my legs for the first time in years
wearing high heels for the first time in 20 years
hiking for hours on a beautiful fall day
energy to play with the grandkids

Good for you!

I've lost 15 recently, which isn't much in the big picture, except that
normally when I start losing weight without trying to, it means that I'm
going into remission.

Cheryl, when you say the hockey that can be washed, do you mean in the
machine? If yes, which pieces? I've been using Febreze and
handwashing, with less than stellar results, and it's a loooong
season!

I wash her "cup", his shorts that hold up the socks, the wicking underwear,
the socks, skull caps and jerseys. Everything else just airs out well.

And still smells.

B. him/her pulling the jersey down to read her number
