No, but my sister-in-law moves a lot. I could get you her address..... :P Nurse Ratched (remove "cuckoo" from address to reply) We'll all get back to normal if we put our nation first, But the trouble with "normal" is, it always gets worse. ~Bruce Cockburn |

In Barbara Brackman's Encylopedia of Pieced Quilt Patterns, the pattern Wandering Jew is listed as number 3786 and is pictured on page 459. Sandy in Chapel Hill, NC |

Sandy:
I do not have that book. What is this design? Is it applique of the plant Zebrina Pendula, which some call WJ? That always sounds tacky to me, if not downright offensive to me, depending on the sun, the moon, and my chocolate deprivation status! So I wonder how the heck this block looks! Butterfly:
Yes, the plant is the Zebrina Pendula I mentioned. (Need some coffee Miss Butterfly? LOL) Tiny flowers. Striped leaves. Very pretty. The 'common name' is what I consider tacky to offensive. I am not calling anyone here offensive. I just think it is time to stop using that name. (see my first note.)
