Hubby Update: Sigh... you know how when you have a used car, and one thing
breaks down, which causes another thing to break, and another? Well, that
seems to be happening here. Now he's found that he has kidney AND bladder
stones that are too large to pass, so another surgical procedure of some
kind will be coming up soon. He has to have a systoscopy (sp?) this Friday
to figure out what. He had another Chemo treatment today, but the doc was
encouraged that Jim walked in (vs. being pushed in a wheelchair), had a good
color and stats, and hasn't lost any more weight. Next week he has an IV
iron treatment, and the next week it's Chemo again. Mom is still having
Chemo and seems to be holding her own, amazing for 85!

We just have to keep positive. Thanks so much for all your kind words,
thoughts, cards and prayers. I'm keeping them all, and hopefully when things
are less hectic, I will have time to personally reply to each one of you. I
really can't express in words how much I appreciate your support, like a
calming shelter in the time of storm.
