LOL! One of the law clerks in our office used to be an ice cream
taster!

Actually, I am!! My husband and I saw a small notice at our company
sponsored gym. It mentioned tastings, etc and we signed up, thinking
it would be a fun way to spend some time since he retired and it was
for his company.

Turns out it is a well paid part time job and not the volunteer
position we thought. We spend about 3-12 hours a week testing for
quality control. It's for Archer Daniels Midland and they do have
chocolate as one of their products. It's fun and it was his idea of a
dream job if he couldn't get napping as the first choice! Moni
