20 Watt Daylight bulb question
I just got the new Nordic Needle catalog and saw that they have these on
sale. I have the older Daylight brand floor lamp and it came with an 11 watt bulb. The catalog has both the new and the older lamps with the 11 watt bulb being listed as replacement for the older lamp and the 20 watt bulb for the newer one. I was just wondering if any one has tried using the 20 watt bulb in the older lamp. I don't want to risk over heating and possible fire but it sure would be nice to have the extra brightness from the 20 watt bulb. I use this lamp in my basement stitching nest and love it but have always wished that it were just a little bit brighter. Beverly B |
