Default help finding instructions

Need help locating instructions for a one room dollhouse with
Pennsylvania Dutch style furniture. House had flowerboxes and a dutch
door. Furniture included a cupboard, curtained bed, trestle table with
benches - several other pieces. It would have appeared ina craft
magazine in the late 50's - probably 58 or 59. I thought it was
mcCall's Needlework and crafts -but the staf there has no reference to
it.
Thanks for any suggestions!

Beth -

When reading your first note on Friday, I thought that maybe you were
just kidding but now I see that you're serious!

The odds are astronomical against finding an almost 50-year old article
with the extremely limited amount of information you have. Even if the
US Library of Congress was 100% indexed, and you entered these as search
terms, you might end up with a list of possible sources limited to as
few as 10,000 entries!

It's possible that some old Periodical Index might help - if you could
find a copy from the early 60's. I'm not sure whether there is/was any
such index that included craft publications. Some indices include
article abstracts, but many just index their titles.

Instructions for the individual items you mention might be found
relatively easily - one-room dollhouses, flowerboxes, dutch doors, etc.,
Amish decorations, simple furnishings, etc. Full-scale images (and
plans) are abundant, scaling them down isn't an einstinian task.

I'm pretty sure that any of us who are old enough to remember the
article are too old to remember the article

Thanks for all the suggestions! My message was posted several times
because I am new at this and I thought maybe it didn't go through so I
kept posting .
I know I'm tilting at windmills here - I've done the old periodical
indexes( I'm a reference librarian so have access to lots of databases
and indexes) but when that failed I thought I would just ask this
group hoping that someone out there might know what I'm talking about!
Guess it's just a piece of my childhood that is gone forever. Thanks
again
