Default FLOODING IN ENDICOTT, NY

My friend in Endicott is okay and she wrote:

"Owego, just a few miles down-river from us, is still in a state of
emergency, and the middle school there is still closed today -- they were
not thinking well when they decided on the location, as it's only about a
block from Marvin Park (local fairgrounds), which floods yearly, even when
the rest of the world stays dry!

The flooding is worse than usual this year, but it gets pretty bad every
year -- when you have a bunch of snow melting and the spring rains coming
down, it tends to raise the level of the water in the rivers, creeks,
streams, ponds, etc. I'm so used to it that I didn't think to let you know
all is well with me and mine.

Love,
me"
So she is also high and dry and doing fine.

Her new address is in Johnson City and guess other than being really wet -
they are doing fine.
