Great Question, Barbara!!
I'd say any of them that are well done---the worst is when something is
poorly constructed, so that a lovely design doesnt hold up. I've seen very
expensive works by famous names that were in the store and broken..and not
selling..and then the owners of the store didnt want to buy polymer clay
because "it doesnt sell". (Hey--they were right---I wouldnt buy a broken
picture frame for three hundred dollars either. But then again, I don't buy
anything just because it has a name attached. I have to actually LIKE the
piece...a LOT..to part with money)

And beads/jewelry pieces that are so underdone that they can be cracked
like cookies because they were not baked at the correct temp---or made of
brittle/less expensive materials--don't make the medium look good either. I
used to take my beads in to shops that wouldnt buy pc because "it breaks so
easy" and show them the difference between mine and the others---Quality
construction counts for a lot, no matter what you are making. Finished
edges, not raw!!! Nice seams, not raggedy!! and take a look at the back, not
just the part that shows first!

I am partial to beads myself but I also think it lends itself well to
making pins/brooches.
