Does anyone know of someone that can make a counted cross patern from a
picture?

There are numerous companies that advertise in needlework magazines. I know
I've seen advertisements online, but right at the moment, I can't remember
where. I'd check the magazines or just do a Google search.

You have a variety of choices.

You can order one made for you, most Xst magazines have advertisements for
companies that perform this service. I can't recommend one over another,
because I have never used any of them to be able to rate them.

You can also buy or download Xst charting software. There is PC Stitch,
Patternmaker, several others who's name escapes me now. I know various people
have various reasons for preferring one over another.

Whichever you use, you should be prepared to spend some time cleaning up the
chart. They all tend to throw in a lot of single stitches of colors that seem,
well, off.

I have also seen kits in JoAnn's where you send in a picture and get
back a chart. Have never used one, so can't comment either way.
