Light n Lofty coat?
Anybody know of a pattern for a coat-sweater, preferably with a hood, that is
crocheted, in a "plus" size, using Light 'n'Lofty yarn? This stuff was easy enough to crochet with, but nasty to knit with, as it sticks to my wooden needles and won't slide at all. I already made a wide, long scarf with it, and it is lovely for keeping me warm. But, I'd love a coat-sweater made of it. Help?? Diane |

Look at Lion Brand yarns website (www.lionbrand.com) for the "Flattering
Jacket" pattern; Homespun yarn is very similar to Light n Lofty. This pattern doesn't have a hood, but it would be a good start. "MakeDoMom" wrote in message ... Thanks, everybody. The Light and Lofty is thicker than the Homespun. I tried
making the "flattering sweater" out of both, and even using the Homespun, it just boggles me. However, at the LYS today, I found a nice sweater coat pattern today, so will pick it up at another time. |
