Default OT Bridesmaids: latest installment went up tonight.

Wow again, Kate. You have done a wonderful job rescuing these dresses! Thank
you so much for putting everything up so we can learn. I made a bias top
once and it twisted terribly. Now I understand why, and I plan to make a new
one the way it should have been made.

I'd strongly advise that you lay the pattern out first and measure how
much (if any) extra fabric you need before buying. With a top it won't
be much, but with a floor length dress, it was about half a metre! The
other thing is to watch the hem and trim it REALLY neatly once it's hung
a day or two. The best way for it to hang is on a stand dialled to the
correct measurements: bias cut garments need to hang a few days to drop
before you hem them.
