Sad news:
My brother John died this afternoon. He was 49 years old.
Leaves a wife and two teenaged sons. He was my baby brother, 15 years
younger than me. I got two sisters before I finally got my brother.
He's in Irwin, PA, we'll be making the trip.

Thank you all so very much for your condolences, you are all so
comforting. As the eldist, I have always had to take care of everyone
else, be the strong one, etc.
I've been on the phone all morning with family and friends. We'll be
leaving here when the arrangements are finalized. My SIL is awaiting
the arrival of her parents from California. She said last night that
she knows that it was a cardiac event and there will be no autopsy.
She is an RN with an advanced degree in something, and John was also
an RN. He was in the Navy for 7/8 years, nuclear submarines.
