OT - FINALLY! Time to update the directory (vol 10)

To the 30+ of you that have emailed my Yahoo account.... You won't get into
the directory unless you send the info to me at LNSOBSESSION at EARTHLINK
dot NET. Yahoo is too hard to deal with when we're talking so many emails. I
will NOT reply to everyone that emailed me there to tell them to send to me
on earthlink. You just won't get in. I'm sorry. I made it clear in the
directions where to send the info. I can't change the email that appears
here in the ng when you hit the reply button cuz of how I registered with
the news server. I tried.

So, to repeat.... IF YOU SENT YOUR INFO TO MY YAHOO MAIL ACCOUNT, YOU WON'T
GET IN. I WILL BE DELETING ALL MAIL SENT THERE WITHOUT READING. Send to my
EARTHLINK account.

Sorry if this sounds nasty, but yahoo mail sucks (and it would take me hrs
as opposed to minutes to update info that way) or I would have told you to
send it there in the first place. Yahoo mail is SLOW when you are using
dialup.

In defense of all the folks (including me) who sent to the wrong
address: the first mention of reply says "reply privately to this post",
with no mention at that point of an email addy, which would imply to
send to the posting acct (yahoo). Which is what I did.
Later on, it quite clearly stated "Don't forget, you need to make sure
you send it to and take out the NOSPAM.
Sorry for the blocker, but you know how it goes."
Of course, me being speedy-eyeballs and all, I saw the second part and
thought 'ok, email addy beginning w/ LNS - must be that same addy'. I
really need to learn to read *all* the directions!

Good think you posted this. I *did* read the directions, but I used the addy
that was in Outlook for you. Caught it just in time!

yup, that is what I did. I was too impatient to get to the bottom and
figure out I had to send it to a different addy.... by the way, it
bounced because I had to remove the NOSPAM and I overdid it...

My fisrt attempts got bounced cause I didn't triple check spelling, etc.
