Sorry I'm jumping in on this thread too late to actually know which design
you are speaking of but I do have a somewhat similiar problem. This one
deals with the cover design on the Latest Herrschners Needlework Shoppe,
(Geisha) which also has the design on the inside (of which I'm going to
order) however it does say "Exclusive" but I can find NOWHERE where it gives
the name of the designer... Is this "normal" for something labeled
"Exclusive"? I think if I knew the designer I might even order some more
designs from this artist...

It's normal for Herrschners, even when it's not an exclusive.

Personally, I just take the catalogues to LNS, and show her the pictures. A
lot of them are in stock as charts.
