Default Quilt as you go

That is yet another way of doing it LOL but the way I learned is a bit
different and the second try I am doing is different yet. I have also heard
of the quilting in sections too.

I think once a person tries all the methods that appeal to them that they
eventually just adapt what they liked and didnt like into a way that works
for them. I know thats what is happening with me.

It mostly depends on the quilt pattern which method you use. Some quilts
work better if you quilt as you go in rows, some by blocks, some by
sections. I have a book written by Robbie and Tony Fanning "The Complete
Book of Machine Quilting" (copyright 1994) that has eight different methods
for Quilt As You Go. Some of their methods I wouldn't ever want to use,
others I have used with great success.

Interesting method, Susan. Thank you. It is just a bit different from
the two methods I am most familiar with.
