Looking for pattern
Julia,
I've never seen that style quilt made with applique - I know it as winding ways, and have seen it made with Marti Mitchell templates (all pieced). My mother in law has made a gorgeous one (two actually) and she seemed to really enjoy doing it. It's on my list of 'someday' quilts.
