Default OT diet cause of Alzheimers?

That sounds good to me, I here by pledge to never chew on an electrical
wire!!!
I refuse to give up my dark chocolate, but I will continue to eat my oatmeal
(I
really like it!). I gave up drinking soda, wine, and hard stuff already.
My neighbor was an alcoholic and died from Alzheimers - so I guess you can
overdo.

I have no idea, Alice, but just in case they are right, you simply must
quit chewing on electrical wires. Polly

"AliceW in NJ" wrote And I started to eat more shellfish, nuts, dried
peas and beans because I thought it would be healthier! I hate oatmeal,
so I would end up starving. Plus I threw away all of my aluminum pans
since "they" linked aluminum with Alzheimers a while back. The way I see
it, I will have chocolate and two drinks every night. One should cancel
out the other, right?

Just for my own information, what do "they" consider a high level of
copper?

I can't - that's the only way I get my hair to curl

Hm... Well it's still a mystery why Cornflake has straight whiskers!
But it might explain why he's such a doolally cat!

Remind me now, how does it go? White wine with milk chocolate; red wine
with dark, right? ;-)

While I'm spreading sunshine, the tv news has been telling us about a
study
concluding that diet can be a cause of Alzheimer's. The accused is a
combination of: trans fat, saturated fat and copper. Naturally, I
searched
to see what foods were high in copper. They are shellfish, nuts,
chocolate,
dried peas and beans. I guess we'll all have to go on the oatmeal diet. I
do not plan to suffer in silence. WaaaaaH ! @#$! Polly

I refuse to believe this. And if it's true, I won't know anyway, because
I'll have forgotten I ever read it.

At the rate things are going we are all going to have to go on the air
diet, or start chewing on tree bark or something.

well since I'm a heretic I just have red wine with *all* brown chocolates I
usually get hangovers from white wine so I avoid it.

red from the provance area, served chilled, is excellent on a summers day
served with a selection of bonbons :-)
