I want to spend a day looking over her shoulder, asking questions and making
lemonade for her. Provided, of course, that she likes lemonade.

Nooooooooooooooooooooo

I found Karen Leonardo through an old ISGB post about sugared beads and
reduction frit. The same thread pointed me to BBSimon... Something about her
making very nice soda effect beads. LOL!

The ants are fun. But the flowers just about make me swoon.

And awesome PMC. The fish! The squiggle bead. Oh yum yum.

I see she's doing the certification program in SF in Sept. She didn't list
a price for the class. My PMC Guild certification class was $425.00. As a
certified member of the guild you'll be able to get your clay at wholesale.

Wow, wow, wow. I bet she doesn't drink coffee with all that detail in her
work.

I am? Well how cool is THAT????? Time to go look now, eh?

I just shut down the torch and am pleased to say that I got TWO of the
accent beads for a certain person who has been waiting more than patiently
for them. I still have one more to do, but it will have to wait until
tomorrow.

LOL! Hands shaking... Lower lip a'quivering... And as I worked, I realized
just how difficult such a 'simple' thing is for me, on so many levels! It
was a real revelation! I wasn't sure if you wanted smaller holes in the
earring beads. I wasn't sure of the sizes. I wasn't sure of exactly what
colors to use. I don't typically do 'round' beads, so I was fretting over
the 'roundness' (though I must say doing round beads isn't difficult, just
different).

Ask anyone for whom I've agreed to do additional pieces to go along with a
focal. I'm hopeless!
