Default Scissors

I mailed my bent Ginghers off to Gingher to be repaired. $7.50 is all
they charge and includes return shipping. Gingher scissors only!

And...... I went to my LNS's Super Bowl Sunday sale and won a pair of
these:

But here are my favorite embroidery scissors:

These are sharp and just feel right when I use them, hard to explain,
but they just have that quality of cut when I trim floss with them and
they are way cheap compared to Ginghers.

Those are nice, but I'd hate to have to do Hardanger or any other type
of cutwork with them. That's what I orginally bought my Ginghers for
and what I tend to reserve them for.

I got my scissors back form Gingher. 9 days, pretty quick
turn-around! Like brand new too.
