DONNA IS IN NH AND SHE DIDN'T CALL ME! (wink)

LOL
Oh the madness that was my whirlwind trip to NH.
I am exhausted.
And sick.
No voice this morning.

You got what's going around up here - I am SO sorry! DS had it, I've been
fighting it off and DH is trying to do the same with out the OJ and sinus
tabs.
Next summer I promise we will get together.

Sounds like a plan!

Kreinik's Milkpaint "Remember
the Ladies",

Darn it - you had to remind me - I have the little 40 ct silk gause Kreinik
Snow Globe kit sitting out. And I do have one of the Milkpaint kits - the
Abigail Adams quote. Darn.

Um. Maybe some of us should start a "Remember the Ladies" support
group. Mine's about 25% finished. Last stitched on it sometime about a
year ago???

Donna in Virginia

That's an idea. I'm so totally in need of support groups to get me to
finish some of these things. And I bought the Abigail Adams one because I
really liked what it said. And wanted to try the silks. And was at some
Doug Kreinik talk at Needlewoman East. And, well, and, and.....

Hey - Leesburg????? Glad to see you made it back!

Sadly, there's just nothing calling very loudly. Can't get excited over

the
in-progress and about 3/4 done TW's "Carousel." Have a wedding sampler

due
in early April and a graduation sampler due in late May. Neither of

those is
calling very loudly. I'd like to have that new Thea Gouverneur Amsterdam
piece, but it's not calling very loudly--certainly not as compellingly

as
her St Petersburg did. In the mood to put needle and floss to fabric,

but
nothing's singing.

Oh - you need to come shopping with some of us ;^)

But, sometimes it's just like that.

I'd *love* to! Still working on trying to set up that visit east for next
fall. In the meantime, I've joined a Quaker Quarterly Exchange (Legacy
Embroiderers' Guild on EzBoard) and a small (6 of us) local (well, if
Anaheim and parts of San Diego county constitute "local") group of stitchers
have decided to have an ornament round robin, and I'm really looking forward
to both of those.
