My friend Sue's husband has completed his DJ quilt in glass! It is
magnificent!

Some pictures of the blocks were posted a couple months ago and now it's
done. I'm just stunned.

stunned here too at such a stunning glasswork of a DJ.
that is hard enough to do in fabric, cant even imagine doing it in glass.
he has perseverence, i'll say that for him, along with all that talent.
now how big is that??

Jeanne, his wife, Sue, said it's 40" X 40" and weighs over 100 pounds. She
wants it made into a table top, and he wants to hang it on the wall.
Weighing that much, I would imagine Sue will get the table.

Absolutely amazing! Has he thought about entering his
masterpiece in any type of contest? I would think he
would take the show with this!

Just looking through her quilts and am fascinated by the background
fabric in her Winter Still Life - its like an embroidered sampler.
