Inexpensive poly/cotton poplin?

I ordered some nice poly/cotton poplin from somewhere online several
years back for something around $2.50 a yard. It's really good quality
stuff. Unfortunately it is in royal blue, and now I really would love
to find some again to make scooter skirts with in more autumn/winter
colors. Anybody know a good place to find it online? I'd be
tremendously grateful.

Thanks; I already looked there and they don't have any regular poplin --
just something Lycra-ized.

I know you're in US, but Spotlight here is Oz sells poplin at a good
price. Their web addy is www.spotlight.com.au NAYY, it's just our
equivalent of your Joann's.
