what size saw blade should I use to cut 1/8" alum sheet?
What does the size number meen?

Hey a machinest question!!

Find a chart that has teeth per inch of the various saw blades, mine is in
Rio Grande catolog.
Pick a blade that has 3 teeth in the metal at all times, saw away!
If you do not have a fine enough blade, sawing at an angle front to back not
side to side effectivly(sp) widens the thickness of the stock.
08 is itty bitty, 6 is damn near a hack saw!
