You're welcome, Lynn. It works really well for me.

Okay, Just went to the site (via the link in Sandy's message) and I have
a question. Do I want to open the file or save it to disc??
(I am not sure about all of this, need a walk through on things that
should be simple....sigh.)

Pati, in Phx who has heard a lot about CutePDF and thinks it would be
immensely helpful.

oh yes! Cute PDF writer is great! I used it to make the PDF files on my
website - I had complaints about the html pages but never about the PDF
files.

The only problem with it is remembering to *print* it to the writer instead
of saving as one would normally do. But it is something one can get used to
pretty fast if done enough ;-)

save to disc then install as per instructions you will get if you don't have
that little box marked to close the little box after downloading.

it *is* very helpful

Default OT PDF converter ( NYB)

I recently downloaded PrimoPDF which does the same thing. Has anyone
else tried PrimoPDF? Has anyone tried both? If so, which do you prefer?

whenever I "print" something in VPC, it simply saves as a .pdf file in
my Shared folder; then I can access it from my Mac and print it normally
without any size "translation" problems. HTH.

I haven't tried PrimoPDF, but all the regulars on the MS Publisher newsgroup
swear by it. They recommend it to everyone who asks.

PDF 's are a file sort that everyone can read using Acrobat - the Cute PDF
writer and the Primo just mentioned in this thread are both programmes that
make PDF files.
