Looking for suggestions sale of this dollhouse?

My husband I built this from a kit costing nearly $300. All you see, would
be included. Working lights etc. Any ideas what I should ask for it? I
really have never sold anything I made before..

I's a very nice house!.
In my humble opinion I don't think you're going to get much more for it
than you paid, not including the furnishings. You don't get paid for your
labor in putting it together and electrifying is not that costly and
timeconsuming. If it has to be shipped that would add considerable cost to
anyone buying the house making them less willing to pay more for the house
itself.

That said, now is a good time to sell as people are looking for dollhouses
for Christmas and would be willing to spend more to get one ready made. I
would put an ad in your local paper now and run it until Christmas.
