Default OT Comcast/Outlook Express/McAfee help

Hi Everyone!

As I mentioned last week I just got a new computer. I have everything up
and running except I seem to be unable to open attachments and I don't know
why.

My net provider is Comcast.net, I am using Outlook Express and have Mc Afee
security, but I don't know which is causing the problem. Can anyone offer
advise?

I don't know about Comcast or McAffee but check this setting in Outlook
Express.....

Tools/Options/Security tab
Make sure the box that says 'Do not allow attachments to be saved or
opened....' is NOT checked.
Click Apply then OK.

Candy, I have Comcast/OE/Norton and I can tell you Comcast has an excellent
online support system. Try www.comcastsupport.com/sdcuser/asp/default.asp
to get to their live chat people. They're good!
