Does anyone have the formula for vanadium stain?

The Vanadium commonly used is, V2O5, Vanadium Pentoxide

It can be used either in a glaze or directly onto a pot and then a glaze
applied over it.

If you have access to Ceramic Review you will see an article that I have
written 'Special Effects' which deals with the use of Vanadium.
