I got to meet up with MajMoxie/Donna yesterday. She recently moved to
about 45 mins from me, and yesterday we got together to go to The
Stitching Post in Baltimore.

Fun was had by both, we got along wonderfully!

I got Mirabilia's "Mermaids of the Deep Blue" and the fabric and braid
for it. Also picked up TW's "Knotwork Bookmarks" and Dragon Dream's
"The Kingdom Sampler."

Donna even managed to survive my dogs and their demands for constant
attention from her! lol

I may have survived the dogs, but I did have to use my inhaler later.
About halfway home. I've never had a problem with dogs before, so this
was a first. LOL

I add two samplers to my Scarlett Thread sampler stash - and wo is me.
I was informed they'll have new ones next month at the Stitching Post.

Mostly I'm happy to have replaced my scissors that got taken at the San
Diego airport last year. Such wonderfully sharp little Ginghers -
almost crying out for a big of Hardanger.

Oh God! I'm sorry to hear that. House is just full of critters, plus
(as you noticed) A fair bit of dust.

Sorry it got to you like that!
