Default Tiny piping?

Ok, which famous quilter is it that teaches a class on doing really tiny
piping around borders and bindings? I was thinking it was Ricky Tims (cuz I
remember thinking, how odd that he'd teach it) but maybe it's somebody else.

The one whose technique I've been using is Susan Cleveland
http://www.piecesbewithyou.com/. I really like this way of doing it,
and my LQS was impressed enough with it that they've started carrying
the tool.

Ricky Tims does it. He demonstates the technique on his DVD- "Grand
Finale". It really makes a nice finish, and lets you sew both sides
of the binding by machine.

I can vouch for that, too! Gorgeous tiny piping.

Susan Cleveland. http://www.piecesbewithyou.com/ She has been on Simply
Quilts and she'll be teaching her technique at the shows in Nashville
and Houston, among other places. She's fun to take a class from. She's a
local around here (in my guild) and I've had several classes from her.

Marge Edie has a neat way of adding a
very very narrow strip. This is in her
Bargello Quilts book. Maybe also in her
New Slant on Bargello book. Using her
instructions, I PIECED a 1/8" border in
a quilt ... and did a very good job of
it! (You may have seen this WH quilt
hanging in my dining room, Wendy. The WH
is in Miami, FL, now. I so hope it has a
Hurricane Evacuation Plan.)
