What is "dry artist's pigment of fresco"??????

Hi there everyone, I am no expert in posting, should you find anything
displeasing or out of order in my request I apologize. Be that as it
may, my mother language is not english, and I find myself in trouble
understandig what "dry artist's pigment of fresco" is, should anyone
help me, I'll be most thankful.

Ps. It's used to make sealing wax, and, my guess is that it is used
for a handful of things, as well.

Pigment is pigment is pigment! All true pigments
begin as a dry inorganic powder.

Pigment is a "colorant" used in all sorts
of applications, from making ordinary house
paint to the ancient art of fresco. In its
simplest form, it's often ground up earth (dirt).
The most useful over the ages have been the
pigments made from iron oxides. Modern day
pigments are made from many different metals.

The other general category of "colorants" are
the dyes - normally of organic origin.
