World Quilt show in NH--attn Tutu
Do you happen to remember if Annie's Pin Cushion was vending there?
-- LN in NH a crazy quilter * hand quilter * & hand appliquér all in all --- a very slow quilter.... So send quilts! http://photos.yahoo.com/lns_obsessed "Clooniff" wrote in message ... Rather spur of the moment, I asked my friend Cay to go up to NH today to see the World Quilt Show. What an exciting collection of quilts! Cay kept saying, "I'm just going to pack up all my stuff and throw it out. Why can't I make anything look this good?" Not true--she does very nice things. So we're not world-class. That's not the point, is it? The real point is that there are women all over the world making wonderful quilts with their own original, exciting visions.Tutu's blue Dear Jane was there and looked great. Well done, Tutu. I've posted a pic of it on my webshots page. http://community.webshots.com/user/clooniff There are a few others from the show. Stupidly, I forgot to bring a fresh card for my camera and I ran out of space after only a few pictures. There were a lot of good vendors there, but my wallet is still flat after VT Quilt Festival, so all I got was a quilting stencil and some quilting thread. Cay got a few FQs. Betty in CT |
