Hi Kay,
I Like the plaid one too!!!
as for the candy quilt....we had a swap on RCTQ a while back & I swapped 2
rounds, so I can make each boy a quilt. And yes, Joshua is a quilter, and he
has completed 3 or 4 quilts. He even has his own machine!
he love squishies to, hint hint, wink wink

How cool!!! Love the plaid one. I've been collecting plaids for some
such future project. I like yours! Love the candy jars too. Who knew
there were so many candy fabrics!? Did you have to spend a long time
collecting? Tell Joshua for me that I love his idea about the candy
corn binding. (Is he by any chance interested in quilting?)

Thanks for sharing! And congrats on getting all that worek done!

it's funny, but finished for me is never actually finished....you asked, so
here ya go......
right now I am working on a Thomas panel for Sammy (my first panel quilt)
then after that I really need to catch up to RCTQ's BOM
then after that I have a your pick block to make
then after that I have a breast cancer quilt top to piece
that is as far ahead as I can see...but I bet around that time, the 10
quilts that I sent off to the quilters(5 being baby quilts) will have
returned, which means I will need another weekend to do binding...then we
have come full circle, I guess. hehe
a quilters job is never finished

yes, a little of both. As for the plaid quilt.....it really wants to stay
here, but would not mind visitors to come & snuggle with it

Wow!! 5 quilts in one weekend?! Did you eat or sleep? All I got done
was cutting out the "in between" blocks for a quilt I have in progress,
and I thought I was doing well. Sign. I guess not. But, yours are
beautiful. I especially like the "mad about plaid" one!! It just sings to
me. Maybe it needs a home? vbg
