OT - Iron & me

First I want to say my most sincere thank you to all who have lived with me
through this nasty iron case. I feel much better now. And you are right.
'Backdoor activity stuff' is black, I have seen it. But it should not be
alarming. Or...? And then that heart thing...oh my. Sounds serious. I
promise I do not eat too much iron. Only what my body needs. And sometimes
it needs much to show who the boss is. In my case it is me. I do not want to
be...at the mercy of my body, I mean in a way I have been sometimes. Like my
iron level or lungs would have the will of their own.
