I haven't a clue on that one Nora, only who is meant to be sending to each
other...I'll ask our members to give me a private email about it all.

Cheers....Cher

OK, Dennis, I don't know HOW to back up. With my last computer, someone
"backed up" the info on a CD, and I have gotten my background back for my
desktop, but that's it. None of my address were backed up , as far as I
know, or my favourites. How do I do that? Back them up, AND retrieve them if
the unthinkable happens again????
TIA
Katherine

Katherine,

The best way to do it is to purchase a back up software package that will
let you back up to cd. The best option it to purchase a tape backup system.
A decent one will cost you above or below $200.

With computer systems selling for 399.00 that will do what 70 percent of
what users need to do makes that hard to justify some times.

But, how much is you time and data worth. If you keep up a membership list
for a group and many funtions such as that you affect many other people
also.

I believe if you are going to volunteer to do things such as that 200
dollars is worth looking at. You can get a decent software and hardware
package for that price.

Yor need to have some one qualified to install the hardware for you.

I hope I did not ramble on to much for you.

Back it up,

Dennis
