AD - New Lampwork, Etc. Auctions on JustBeads

Just wanted to let you all know that I've put up a few more auctions on
JustBeads (including a Mavis Smith halloween witch that has to be seen to be
believed!). I'll be putting up some more bead kits later this evening or
tomorrow. Hope everybody is having a good day! There is lots to do here as DD
is getting ready for her very first "real" date!! EEEEEEK!

I know! I think I'm almost as nervous as she is, LOL!! Luckily, dad is at

My daughter is considerably younger than all her brothers. My son gave DH a
card for some occasion which featured a shocked looking boy and a blushing
girl on the couch staring at a balding middle aged man with a paunch and
chest hair, in his whitie tighties marching through the room with a pan on
his head, flippers on his feet, banging a kettle with a stick. The caption
read, "Dad, in his inimitable way, letting his daughter know that date night
was over."

OMG! I LOVE that vessel one!!! I just wish I could afford it!!!! The vessel

it sure is fabulous!

Thanks! I was really pleased with how well the Dalmatian jasper matched it! I

LOL. Very creative.

But on the serious side, it is always wise to give a young man the
impression "This girl is highly valued by her elders, and has watchful
protectors..."

That won't have the slightest affect on the behavior of those who
would be respectful anyway. To them this goes without saying.

But it may make anyone who isn't naturally respectful think twice
about overstepping the boundaries.
