I went to Catholic school too. When I was in 7th grade, the boys were
having fun putting thumb tacks on the seats. Since I'm kind of a scary type, I sat down & jumped up screaming. Guess who got into trouble! Yep - me! Go figure! I do remember when I lived in Australia that I got my knuckles hit with the ruler a few times. I have no idea what I did to deserve that - I must have been really, really bad We had Presentation nuns - they had the habits with the pointy ears coming out of their forehead. That was funny to us as kids. Pauline "Anne in CA" wrote in message ... Johanna Gibson wrote: On Tue, 21 Jun 2005 07:40:04 -0700, Anne in CA wrote: SNIGDIBBLY wrote: I had a desk like that!! You betcha - we did! ... and along the way we educated some folks about

It's the Eve thing. My mother always said she was going to have a long talk
with Eve when she got to heaven. She always said it with this edge in her voice and we all understood that she probably wouldn't be doing much talking. -- http://community.webshots.com/user/snigdibbly SNIGDIBBLY ~e~ " / \ http://members.ebay.com/aboutme/snigdibbly. http://www.ebaystores.com/snigdibbly...ox&refid=store "Pauline O'Connell" wrote in message m...
