I never been to a local group, b/c there is never one announced here
in my area. The only kind of groups for crochet & knitting is what I
find on the net. The best groups I found so far is you guys & Nora's
other group Yarners. The others don't top the help I get when needed.

Look around Pam. I live in a very small town and we have two. Go to the
craft stores and ask about local groups, you might be surprised.

Book stores are another place to check...the Barnes and Nobles here has a
group meet once a month...also our local Library has a group.

I think Shelagh that Physio is prfferable than Cortisone ,,, as to
pains , knitting or tenneis , there seems to go a lot around , these
crazy weather patterns , make us all ineasy ..

in fact - but the second one worked just fine.

Saw the doc last month and didn't even bother mentioning it. I had heard of
cortisone shots, so I guess I should make an appointment to talk to him. I
hope he doesn't suggest physio.... bleah.
