Default Reporting fraudlent sales of fake gems?

Hello,

Here's my question... A lot of times I see synthetic items being sold as
genuine on e-Bay. Sometimes, I am absolutely sure of it, because the
sellers use the pictures directly off the wholesaler's website. Because
I sell jewelry as well, I recognize these items from the wholesale
catalogs I receive. E-bay doesn't do anything about it because they
don't take my word for it, however I know there are laws concerning
fraudulent gems and improper labeling. Where can one report these
instances? I see it all the time on e-Bay and feel bad for the buyers
who are being scammed! Yesterday I even saw a seller offering "genuine
made Diamonds" with pictures from a wholesaler's site that I know to be
CZ. The guy was getting very high prices because of his confusing
wording! What a scam!
