Tree, tree, tree
Lol! Spike has company and is too busy to go anywhere. We are babysitting
a friend's two dogs, for a few days, and it's been nothing but Play City here. Even old, blind Romeo tries to get in on it. I have 4 very tired pups. I'm so glad you like your bead, Kathy, and I can't wait to see what you do with the other one! I was anxious all day, after I sent it off. Lol. That's the only bead, of mine, that I consider mine! Something about the trees is just comforting to me. I think I treat it like a worry bead. -- Jerri www.beadbimbo.com "Kathy N-V" wrote in message . giganews.com... I just sent Manda down to get the mail, and there was a package from our very own Beadbimbo. Sadly, it wasn't Spike. :-) (We love Spike) But the package contained two of the lovely tree beads she showed us last week - similar to the top pendant on this page: http://beadbimbo.com/pendants.htm There's such a Van Gogh quality about the beads that isn't captured in pictures, very impressionistic. The colors are blended from a distance, but distinct and surprising when close up. Jerri, if you look at a copy of Monet's gardens at Giverney paintings, or his haystacks at harvest time, I'd bet you'd find some incredible inspiration. Looking at the trees also makes me think you'd do an amazing job with pontillism as well. One bead is mine, and the photos don't do it even a little justice. The other will be Jerri's and my first collaboration: I'm going to make a seed beaded accent necklace to the lampwork bead. I can't wait - and I'm sure I'm going to go overboard. It's so fun to go overboard. Kathy N-V |

Yup, I absolutely agree. Even her sunflowers look Van Gogh-ish. So much so that I'm ready to go and listen to Vincent. Michele |

Oh, and I forgot to mention that the two guest piggies are in the middle of
the livingroom floor. We are calling them "Spike TV" for obvious reasons. -- Jerri www.beadbimbo.com To subscribe to the Beadbimbo mailing list, send a blank email to: "Dr. Sooz" wrote in message ...
