Brother KH910
Anyone have any advice re the Brother KH910 electric knitting machine? Is
this the electronic version? Can it do larger patterns than the punchcard machine? I am trying to decide whether or not to get one and would appreciate some advice Many thanks |

I am trying to decide whether or not to get one and would appreciate some advice Many thanks I have one and it can do patterns to 60 stitches, which can be doubled to 120, can do individual motifs and is a fairly good standard machine, made in the early 1980's However, it is difficult to find parts for the machine and if the electronics are not working, hard to find repairs. I believe that you'd be better off finding a used KH 930, 940 or above. Posey |

The message

I am trying to decide whether or not to get one and would appreciate some advice I had a 910 from 1983 until this year when it finally packed up and I was unable to get spare parts for it, even though I contacted Brother direct. I bought a used KH950i and am very happy with it. -- Marion |

Thanks for all your help. I might just hold off for a buying while and see
if I can find a 'younger' machine. "Marion Pearcey" wrote in message ... The message from "droid" contains these words: Anyone have any advice re the Brother KH910 electric knitting machine? It's an older model of the Brother electronic knitting machine product line.
Make sure it reads correctly before you buy. MAC, On. Ca. "droid" wrote in message ... Anyone have any advice re the Brother KH910 electric knitting machine? Is this the electronic version?
