Bummed about Bead Pens

Back on November 7th I ordered six bead pens from an on-line
vendor. I received two order confirmations. I dropped them
note tonight to see if they could tell me when the items were
shipped because it seemed to be taking a while and I was
getting antsy to start my Christmas plans for them and was told
(promptly, I must say considering it is the middle of the
night) that they were sorry but there must have been some
confusion and they sent e-mail saying they don't ship to
Canada.

Oddly enough I can't find *that* e-mail but I can find the two
others that confirm my order. sigh

I'm bummed. I am not sure now that I'll get any new order in
time for Christmas. There is a local source for two pens but
they are a little bit more pricey and there's just the two of
them.

I guess I should at least try them so I know whether it is
worth getting any more.

Sandy -- on a related note, Medicaid just informed me that they can't "find"
the $10,000 worth of invoices that we were expecting would get paid before
Christmas. I am going to reprocess the entire group of them, but the boss will
not get that money before the holidays. Talk about a bite!

Wish I could help out with the pens, know nothing about them. Hoping Sarajane
or one of the polyclayers does (though I know they are beaded also, because I
have one).

As I mentioned there is a local source for at least 2 although
I just called and they want $15/ea for them. I am trying
another on-line source and hopefully that will work out and
I'll still be able to get them before Christmas.

This site has the pens for $3.75 each! But I don't know if they ship to
Canada.

order for 6 at $5/ea. *lol*
